40-Hour Mediation Training Program at Sindh Judicial Academy in Collaboration with the Federal Judicial Academy and the ICADRP
Program Overview:
Duration: Five days (40 hours)
Format: Interactive training, live simulations, coaching, and assessment
Modules:
- Introduction to Mediation Practice
- Exploration, Bargaining, and Closing Phases
- Skill Application and Competency Development
- Application in Simulated Case Scenarios
- Demonstration of Mediation Competency and Assessment
Certification: Participants who successfully complete the program and pass the assessment will receive a Joint Certificate of Completion from the respective Judicial Academy and ICADRP.
This program represents an important step towards institutionalizing mediation within Pakistan’s justice system and enhancing access to justice through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
